WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A licensed RDA with at least 3 years of RDA general dentistry experience who wants to grow into a long-term clinical leadership role.

YOUR IMPACT AS OUR LEAD RDA

Lead and Develop the Clinical Team: Build strong working relationships with assistants, hygienists, and associate doctors while helping the team achieve its clinical and operational goals.
Own Clinical Operations: Proactively manage lab cases, supplies, equipment, tech, maintenance, and clinical workflow to keep the department organized and running efficiently.
Drive Patient Experience & Clinical Excellence: Support comprehensive care, co-diagnosis, and patient education while taking ownership of projects that improve our standards, efficiency, and reputation.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You help the doctor and clinical team work more efficiently, keep patients moving on schedule, develop your teammates, and ensure important responsibilities are completed consistently without constant oversight. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than an assisting position—someone who takes pride in making the entire clinical team better.

Sign-on bonus: The $2,000 bonus is contingent on successful completion of defined onboarding and role-specific competencies. A formal review occurs at 90 days, with an assessment period of up to 180 days when additional training is reasonably needed.
